Following our audit of your requirements and needs and depending on the exact nature of your processes, we select the ideal combination of filter elements, housings and units needed to build an integrated system from A to Z.
The advantage of being able to manufacture our own units, we adapt them to your space and other restrictions.
Once the filtration installation is complete and turned on, continuous monitoring of your system is the only way to ensure that it always offers the protection that you need.
The ViledonĀ® ChemWatch device continuously tests air quality, temperature, humidity and corrosion levels, the power supply; the results are sent to you in real time. This ensures that you always know when it’s time to change pellets or take other corrective actions.

Distillation
In the distillation process, crude oil is separated into different fractions. Depending on the sulfur and nitrogen content of the oil, different amounts of sulfur gases, sulphur oxides and nitrogen oxides are formed during the distillation process. Together with the hydrocarbons already present, these gases (especially in combination) are the main cause of corrosion of electronic components. We offer effective protection against these risks. Depending on the quantity and concentration of the contaminating gases, we use different combinations of Viledon ChemControl pastilles to reliably remove them from the air. -
Catalytic cracking
During catalytic cracking, long-chain, branched or aromatic molecules are converted to short-chain compounds. To regenerate the catalysts used in this process, the carbon deposits are oxidized to carbon monoxide, creating sulfur oxides as a by-product. Gaseous sulfur compounds are considered the main cause of corrosion in electronic components. We safely remove these acidic gases from the air using specially developed Viledon filter materials, thus protecting the electrical control centers and therefore the processes that you employ in your factories. -
Desulfurization
Sulfur is a natural but undesirable constituent of crude oil. To meet high quality standards for mineral products, crude oil desulfurization is a necessary process. During this activity, sulfur compounds react with a hydrogen catalyst to form hydrogen sulfide gas. About one third of this gas is burned with air and forms the equally contaminating sulfur dioxide gas. With our Viledon solutions, we have the right filter pastilles to reliably remove the sulfurous gases without damaging the surrounding equipment, thus enhancing the reliability of your process.
